Trish Beeman is an SFR/BTR veteran who has overseen the acquisition and disposition of more than $500 million in real estate, across 22 markets and hundreds of transactions. Her expertise includes the development of people, process and proprietary technology needed to maximize returns for institutional and retail clients. She drives operational excellence across all aspects of the client's portfolios to include: market identification, acquisition strategy, renovations, stabilization, property management and disposition. In her current role at Fay Group, she leads the Atlanta market team of real estate agents, lending, insurance, property management and title.
